• History information shown in some statutes may currently be incomplete. LRC's internal database was originally used only for bill drafting purposes and did not include history information.
  
• For recent legislative sessions, history information has been included in statute files as they were created, and LRC staff is in the process of generating history information for other statute files.
  
• Some older statutes may have a note indicating "History through 1968" that shows the history information taken from LRC's former printed editions of the Kentucky Revised Statutes.
