SB 55 (BR 407) - E. Tori

     AN ACT relating to the collection of delinquent taxes.
     Amend KRS 134.460 and 134.500 to delete conflicting methods of computation of delinquent tax fees.

SB 55 - AMENDMENTS


     SFA (1, E. Tori) - Amend to allow common collection fees in all counties; make technical correction.

     SFA (2, E. Tori) - Clarify that Jefferson County shall and all other counties may include fees when calculating interest on tax liens; permit third party purchasers of tax liens to collect 12% interest on the total certificate of delinquency.

     HCS - Amend KRS 134.460 and 134.500 to delete conflicting methods of computing delinquent property tax; permit third party purchasers of tax liens to collect 12% interest upon the total amount paid for the certificate of delinquency.
